My first two weeks of blogging

After these two weeks of blogging I can confess that I'm happy to have chosen this course. Well, at the beginning I really didn't know what exactely a blog was, but then I enjoyed searching the Internet for blogs. It's incredible to see how many people write a personal blog, in order to share their experiences or simply to say something of themselves. So, I've been discovering something new and this is the first time I've been creating a blog. Furthermore, after four years at University, this is the first possibility we have to write in colloquial English! I like also the fact that we can make comments to other posts, opening new discussions and sharing our opinions. I'm sure this will be a good way both to improve my English and to learn from each other!

Hi Ele,
I see that you are really enthusiastic about having a blog. Like you, I also think that it gives us a good chance to improve our English, especially using the more informal side of it. Furthermore, I agree with you when you say that it's a way of improving interaction among us: I really enjoy to give you feedbacks and to discover always something new about you all. What's more, giving feedbacks to each other means to learn from each other as we are supposed to correct our peers' mistakes.
You are right, it's relly incredibe to see how many people have a blog... so, from this moment on, we are one of them..I'm sure it will be a good experience..

I just want to point out some of your mistakes:

-exactly not exactely
-to say something about themselves
-of University (I'm not sure, but I think it's better)
-I also like the fact..change the positio of the elements in the phrase

Hi Ele!
At the beginning of the course I was quite frightened, because everything seemed to me too difficult. Like you, this is the first time I write my personal blog and I didn’t know exactly what to do: I don’t know the programme Blogger, I’ve never heard about it, and I didn’t know how it worked. But now, fortunately, I’ve done a little bit practice and I’m able, for example, to create my posts, to post photos… They would seem silly things, but when you do something for the first time it isn’t so simple! However, I’m happy to have this possibility to improve my colloquial English in a funny way, also because we always discover new things in the Blogosphere ! The last four years we used a lot formal and academic English; I think it’s important to know both registers of the language but for everyday communication is surely most important the colloquial register. Like you, I found the peer revision and the work in group very useful, also because this allows interaction between us.
Bye!
Vale

Hi Elena,
Over these two weeks, reading several of our blogs and comments, I’ve realised that all of us have had a lot of trouble with the blogosphere. I think it’s quite normal because we are beginner bloggers, so there’s nothing strange to be a bit confused and have a great deal of hesitations. I mean, every time we come across something new, we feel uncomfortable and we would to give up or avoid it.
You, Elena, seem to be very exciting about the new experience..actually, I completely share your feeling. I noticed that at the beginning we all have made an initial effort to understand how blogosphere works but now we are becoming confident in it and above all we are taking pleasure in developing our own blog...
bye bye
Ely

Hi Elena!
I’m very happy to see that your first impressions about blogs and blogosphere are almost the same of mine! And being aware of this helps me a lot! We all share this sense of getting lost in this new world but at the same time the curiosity and excitement for this new digital adventure! Everything that it’s new is in some way difficult, but day by day we are getting used to it and our doubts disappear!
